Bampton Archery Club is a group of enthusiastic archers based at Bampton Recreation Ground, welcoming all levels of skill and all bow-styles.
Compton Archery is a friendly, family orientated club who welcome beginners and experienced archers alike. They practice target archery alternately on Friday evenings and Saturday days and have ranges both indoors and outdoors so can shoot all year round.
An open and friendly club which has been welcoming archers of all levels and all bow-styles for over sixty years. Oxford’s main town club has an active membership of up to 100 archers, from top competitors to recreational archers, with several very experienced coaches. The club runs monthly group beginners’c courses over the summer as well as private lessons and archery parties all year round.

This is the club for you if you’re a student at Oxford or Oxford Brookes. OUCofA is open to new members every year, whether you’re new to the sport or an old hand, and offers beginners and experienced archers a high level of facilities, equipment and training programme as well as a friendly atmosphere with weekly socials during term time.
Originally founded in 1951, this is a friendly club based just north of Reading with around 30 members of all ages and abilities.
WCA are based in Wallingford, Oxfordshire, with a focus on promoting a friendly club with a competitive edge. As well as running regular beginners courses for both adults and children, members compete regularly on a club, county and national level. Archery is a highly inclusive sport, with juniors able to learn alongside grandparents, and able bodied alongside disabled.
Windrush are a friendly club based on the outskirts of the market town of Witney in Oxfordshire. Established in 1947 by local bowmen, today they are both a target and field archery club and members shoot all classes of bow from the traditional English longbow to the most high-tech compounds.
